It is with great pleasure that we extend the warmest invitation to you to attend the 16th Biennial Meeting of the Asian-Pacific Society for Neurochemistry (APSN) which will take place virtually on 13 and 14 December 2021.
First and foremost, we have a packed 2-day scientific program which features 3 plenary speakers, namely (in alphabetical order) George Augustine, Schuichi Koizumi and Eng Lo, who are all leaders in their own field of research. In addition, the conference features 12 curated symposia on a variety of hot topics. There are also 4 young investigator colloquia, 4 free oral communications and poster presentations. There are ample high quality science in our program to cater to the broad interests of all the participants.
There will be two special symposia dedicated to the late APSN presidents, Professor Kauzuhiro Ikehara and Professor Peter Wong. There will also be prizes and awards for young investigators and students. The conference will be preceded by a 2-day APSN-ISN Behavioural Neuroscience School (9 & 10 December 2021) that is open to all students and postdoctoral fellows.
